Welcome to Day ONE of our Raise the Hoof Christmas Celebration!

DEERest friends. I am not sure about you, but I don't think the reindeer get enough credit at this time of year. I mean, sure, Rudolph is fortunate enough to have been discovered and as such has his own song and movie, but the rest of the reindeer should be praised as well since they are tantamount to helping bring us Christmas joy each and every year. I mean come on, where would Santa be without all of his reindeer? Well, I'll tell you where he'd be — he'd be stuck at the North Pole, unable to get his own sleigh moving. That's why we should be so grateful for Santa's crew of reindeer.

To honour this rag-tag crew here at Scribbles Designs, this year's Christmas event will feature all of Santa's reindeer. We've got a 12 day event planned featuring this dynamic group of Christmas heroes along with a surprise guest or two thrown in!

Throughout each day of this event you will have the opportunity to complete a simple task in order to to win one of the images featured. Be sure to join us each day from December 1st to December 12 to see what we have in store for you! While the last day of the event is December 12th, don't worry if you're too busy during the first half of December to participate as you will have until January 4th, 2019 to complete all the tasks.

We are starting off our Raise the Hoof event with...

Dasher

Complete today's task for a chance to win this image!

Day One Task:
  • Please leave us a comment with the answer to today's question:
    • What are the names of the FOUR reindeer located at the FRONT of Santa's sleigh?
  • Clue: Today's image provides you with the first name for your list. Now you just have to come up with the other three reindeer names leading the sleigh.

The names of those people who submit responses completing today's task will be put into a draw for today's image. One random winner will be chosen to receive a copy of today's featured image. Draw will be held on Jan 5th and the winner announcement for the entire celebration will be posted shortly thereafter. Please note that comments containing answers for any day's tasks will not be published until after the event is over in order to keep everyone's answers private.

Well folks that is it for today's task. Be sure to join us again tomorrow to find out which reindeer will be featured next in our Raise the Hoof Christmas Event and what the next task will be!

Be sure to join us each day for your chance to win!

  2. Hmmm, I guess this answer depends on how you think about it. If you take it the way the song sings it Rudolph would be last but all the pictures depict Rudolph leading the sleigh. So I'm going to say Rudolph, Dasher, Dancer and Prancer.
