Winners!!! Challenge #60 AND Christmas Carol Celebration

Hello Folks!  Today's winner announcement is doing double duty as I'm here today to announce not only the winners from our previous challenge but also the winners from the Christmas Carol Celebration that ran from Dec. 1 to Jan. 5th. First I'll start with that announcement and then I'll move on to the challenge winners. So, if you didn't participate in our Christmas celebration you can just scroll on down to find the winners from our last challenge.

Winners!!!

Christmas
Carol Celebration

Thanks to the handful of people who joined in our Christmas Carol Celebration. To be honest, we were rather disappointed that more people didn't join in. We thought that doing it earlier in the month this year would increase the number of players but as it turns out, we had about half the players that we did when we did it the previous year, which was only five days before Christmas! If there was a particular reason on our end that made it difficult to join in (should have been earlier or later in the month, tasks too difficult, pain to email answers, wasn't enough advertising, etc.), we'd really appreciate the feedback. You can leave a comment or send a message to Lisa at decossesdynamitedoodles [at] yahoo [dot] ca.

As a refresher, from December 1st to December 5th, we released a new image each day and participants were given simple tasks to do, all related to a Christmas Carol. If someone completed the task of the day, their name was thrown into a draw to win a special prize. Keep reading to find out who those lucky peeps are...

Day 1 Winner: Santa Claus is Coming To Town

Participants were asked to send us an email letting us know how Santa is referred to in FIVE different countries. To see the original post for Day One, click HERE. Four people participated in Day One and the winner is:

Day 2 Winner: The Tolling of the Bells
  #8113 Bells

Participants were asked to email us a list of FIVE Christmas Carols (other than Jingle Bells) with the word 'bell' or 'bells' as part of the title. To see the original post for Day Two, click HERE. Four people participated in Day Two and the winner is (chosen randomly with miniwebtool.com):

***Donna***

Donna, please send an email to decossesdynamitedoodles {at} yahoo {dot} ca (don't forget to remove the 'at' and 'dot' and replace them with the appropriate symbols), with the subject heading, "SD Day 2 Winner: #8113 Bells".

Day 4 Winner: Let it Snow
#0153 Let It Snow

Participants were asked to send us an email with a creative remix for their take on the lyrics for "Let It Snow". To see the original post for Day Four, click HERE. Nobody participated in Day Four.

Day 5 Winners: Here We Come a Caroling
#263 Three B

Day Five had two tasks. To see the original post for Day Five, click HERE.
