Hello and welcome to the midway point of our 8th Birthday Celebration Challenge. Here is a refresher of what we're looking for this time around:
Since we are celebrating our 8th Birthday, you simply need to create a project that has a total of EIGHT ITEMS on it. So for example, your card stock or the base of your project will count as one. Then, each element that you add to it will count as one additional item. For example, your image would could as one item. If you combine images, then each would count as a separate item. Each piece of paper you use (patterned or textured) would count as one item. Each embellishment would count as one item. Each sentiment would count as one as well. If you use something like glitter, it would count as one item overall. Get the idea? The combinations are endless. The important thing is that you have EIGHT ITEMS IN TOTAL--NO MORE, NO LESS. Even if you prefer to do clean and simple cards, you can easily get to the number eight. If you need some specific examples see the lists below from each DT member. If you need more examples, just ask and I'll be happy to provide you with some further ideas.
There are still two weeks left in the challenge and we hope that you will be able to join us here on our spot in blog-land. We have had 13 wonderful entries so far these past two weeks but we'd love to see some more! Remember, there are eight prizes total we're giving away to celebrate our eight years in business!
Our incredibly talented women are back to showcase their amazing creative work featuring projects related to our The Power of EIGHT theme. We hope that you will enjoy the Scribbles Designs images and the creative direction that ensues.
