Just like the last few winner announcements, this is how it is going to work. First I'll present the names of our Top Scribbler, Top Three and Standout Scribbler for Challenge #74 and then I will move on to #75. Hopefully it will be clear enough and there won't be any confusion. So, starting with #74 which was our Three or More Layers challenge, we were extremely pleased to see a whopping 48 entries. "I think this is a stand out creation because it is such a fun card. I like the fun tag
with that humorous sentiment, the embossed patterns and cute embellishments.
